Mokkari and Simyan
Two Apokolips scientists, loyal to Darkseid and stationed on Earth, who
specialize in cloning and creating various genetic monsters in their Evil
Factory to terrorize Earth.
The real Mokkari and Simyan were killed years ago in combat with Superman, Jimmy
Olsen and the Newsboy Legion. Since then, the psychotic geneticist Dabney Donovan
managed to create clones of this dastardly duo. They continued their monster-making
ways, until, in an attempt to take over Project Cadmus, were destroyed by Donovan and
a clone-formula of his design.
